Objectives

  • Activating the youth’s role and expanding their participation in the church responsibilities bind them to their culture and nation to form their identity.
  • Enhancing mutual ecumenical relations of youth from different churches by having various gatherings of clergy and believers, which strengthens ties among the Christian community.
  • Creating a spirit of openness and dialogue among the youth within the framework of common church activities.
  • Strengthening the faith of the youth by implanting hope and optimism in their life to face their life’s challenges.
  • Generating a positive impact on youth Christian life to contribute to reaching out to the surrounding community, giving spiritual and moral power to them, strengthening their relationship with the Lord, and being closer to each other in the spirit of Christian unity, to keep the hope alive.
  • Developing spiritual and intellectual skills of the youth to respond to their spiritual needs.
  • Developing the leadership skills for workers in these programs (Priests, laymen, brotherhoods, youth, and others) and Biblical knowledge skills depending on the word of God.
  • Improving the churches’ choirs’ performance, equipping the churches with the instruments and items needed for different church activities, especially online activities.

  4. The source of life youth – Syriac Catholic Diocese of Mosul (Al-Hamdaniya District).
  5. The Musical Youths – Syriac Catholic Diocese of Mosul (Al-Hamdaniya District).
  6. Convent of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Duhok.
  7. Mar Gewargis parish, Erbil–Diana – The Assyrian Church of the East.
  8. Mar Yohanna al Ma’amadan Cathedral, Erbil – The Assyrian Church of the East.
  9. Mar George Chaldean Church in Alqosh – Chaldean Archdiocese of Alqosh.
  10. Supporting the pastoral activities of the Chaldean Catholic Archdiocese of Duhok.
