CAPNI is a large and active national Christian value based NGO

Which came into existence in 1993. Motivated by its motto: “To Keep The Hope Alive”, it has been involved in and implemented a wide range of humanitarian and developmental projects and activities since its establishment to help the suffering and most vulnerable communities to (re)build their lives and future in their homeland.

Empowerment

CAPNI staff and board members support beneficiaries to become stronger and more confident, especially in controlling their lives and exercising their rights

Inclusiveness

As much as possible, CAPNI includes all needy people as beneficiaries without discriminating based on physical appearance, color or ethnic origin and religion.

Accountability

CAPNI staff and board members are following principle of accountability, being liable and answerable. For example – A Finance Manager is accountable for all accounts in CAPNI.

Collaborations

CAPNI staff [and board members] collaborate with all stakeholders [beneficiaries, INGOs, NGOs, government authorities] at all levels to achieve the expected results

Participation

CAPNI staff and board members follow participatory approach to all decision making processes where all beneficiaries are involved or actively participate in the decision making process at all levels of the project cycle.

Integrity

CAPNI staff and board members have high Integrity; this is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. It is generally a personal choice to hold oneself to consistent moral and ethical standards, such as honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one’s actions.
