As part of the projects of the Eastern Christianity Sector in CAPNI organization, a delegation from the Eastern Christian Sector participated in the fourth annual youth festival – the Sons of Peace Gathering (SPG2023), in which (Consecrate your hearts) was chosen as a moto chanted during the festival. The festival was held in the Erbil Galaxy Hall for three days from 22nd to 24th September 2023. The festival included lectures presented by His Eminence Mar Anthimos Jack Yacoub, Father Fadi Tabet, and His Eminence Mar Andrew Bahi. The festival also included several Ecumenical activities presented by the Youth of Sons of Peace Gathering, also, the Love and Joy group participated in a special segment in the festival, and other groups from Kirkuk and Qaraqosh presented acting scenes. Through the festival, honorable shields were
“CAPNI, as a Christian organization, seeks tolerance, & social justice for society, where minority & vulnerable people have a dignified existence and security” and keep the “Hope Alive”.
