As part of its programs in advocating for minority issues in Iraq, CAPNI Advocacy Sector published a study entitled:
“Laws Expelling Minority Communities in Iraq: an objective study of the social, constitutional and legal contexts of Article (26/II) of the National Card Law in Iraq”
prepared by (CAPNI for Humanitarian Aid in Iraq) and (UFUQ for Human Development).
The study was worked by Dr. Ali Bakht Al-Tamimi, Director of UFUQ and presented by Father Emanuel Youkhana, Director of CAPNI.
ضمن برامجها في مناصرة قضايا الأقليات في العراق، اصدر قسم (المناصرة) في منظمة (كابني) دراسة بعنوان
“القوانين الطاردة لمجتمعات الأقليّات في العراق”
وهي دراسة موضوعية للسياقات الإجتماعية والدستورية والقانونية للمادة ( 26/ثانياً ) من قانون البطاقة الوطنية في العراق، أعدَّتْها (منظمة كابني للمساعدات الإنسانية في العراق) و(منظمة أفق للتنمية البشرية)
أعد الدراسة الدكتور علي بخت التميمي، مدير منظمة (أفق) وقدم لها الخوري عمانوئيل يوخنا مدير منظمة (كابني)
