A delegation from the sector took part in capacity-building training funded by Missio Aachen as part of the strategic plan for the projects of the Eastern Christianity Sector of CAPNI Organization, in partnership with the Ecumenical Institute for the Middle East in Lebanon.
The training’s main goal is to give participants the skills they need to carry out projects successfully and sustainably. This is done by teaching them how to effectively plan and organize their work as well as how to handle challenges and competing priorities in creative and efficient ways that are suitable for working with Apostolic churches.
The training program featured ecumenical visits to church leaders in the city of Zahle. The visits were designed to familiarize participants with church history and the cohesion of the spiritual and faith life that the dioceses share together under the banner of union, through prayers, and ecumenical participation with each other.
“CAPNI, as a Christian organization, seeks tolerance, & social justice for society, where minority & vulnerable people have a dignified existence and security” and keep the “Hope Alive”.
